The one thing I’ve consistently done, throughout this entire pandemic?

Yoga.

I can’t express enough, how much yoga has helped me to stay grounded, reduced my stress levels, stay in shape, and remember to BREATHE throughout these past eight months.

This week, as your holiday gift idea, I offer up the gift of calm…virtual yoga classes, led by my favorite yoga teacher in the entire world (and seriously, I’ve taken a lot of yoga, all over the world).

Willis Johnston of Flying Heart Flow is based in Mexico and also a professional dancer. His mind-body connection is unreal, and his classes are an amazing mix of thoughtful poses, fun and challenging sequences, and mindful breath work. He teaches virtually, through Zoom, on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 11am EST. He’s also available for private lessons if you want to really dig into any aspect of your practice. Classes are incredibly affordable, offered on a sliding scale. Inquire for private lesson rates.
