It’s been a minute since I checked in. Not that I haven’t been working, I have –– but I’ve also taken some time for myself while everything comes together. Since early May, my boyfriend and I went on a cross country road trip –– from Brooklyn to LA, with a ton of stops along the way. If you haven’t ever road tripped across our gorgeous country, I highly recommend it!

The past two months have been a lot of waiting for sample materials to arrive (thanks to continuing supply chain delays from the pandemic). I’ve also had to put out a few small (proverbial) fires. Road bumps are to be expected, and while they’re not fun, they certainly are teaching me how to be a better entrepreneur.

The good news is that everything is finally here, and in the next week or so, product development will finally begin. I’m so ready to build our first sample. The process is going to inform so much and allow for a ton of forward motion with brand development. Plus, I’ll finally have some behind the scenes pictures to share!!

By the end of the month I’ll be back in New York, ready to hit the ground running. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for a few more exciting updates…and take a moment to enjoy the summer sun!
