Behind the grace you see on stage exist hours of rehearsals, on top of years of training — discipline to master technique, a deep understanding of how the body moves through space, the ability to seemingly defy gravity, a keen sense of musicality, and a creative ownership over the (dance) vocabulary you are given.

I didn’t know it at the time, but these skills would one day shape something unexpected: my approach to designing lingerie.
